The Thursday evening ‘Clap For Carers’ for the NHS and carers, was this week extended to include pharmacists, supermarket staff and delivery drivers and was a positive experience. It is being repeated again tonight to let our emergency staff and key workers know that we are thinking of them .
In a time of electronic communication, something as primitive as listening to the echoes of clapping, bell ringing and saucepan bashing reverberating from households whose only contact that day might have been a phone call or email, telling others around them they are alive and well and thinking of others at the same time is a special feeling.
At Precision Ceramics, we are continuing as normal – or as near normal as we can be while seeing the demand on some components for hospitals increasing. Knowing what the reason is behind that demand and that when the hospital is near you, it’s even more of a concern.
We continue and hope our customers know we are doing everything to assist the critical requests we are receiving and in these trying times, with companies and suppliers closed for the duration, if we can’t meet the urgent dates requested, it is not through lack of effort. We will continue to do everything we can to assist .
