From
Monday 30th April to Thursday 3rd May, Precision Ceramics
exhibited at OTC 2007 at the Reliant Centre in Houston, Texas.
Alongside
the other three main operating divisions of McGeoch Technology,
Precision Ceramics was represented by Steve Swallow, Managing
Director, and Geoff Randle, Sales Director, who were both on the
stand to show visitors the latest technical components engineered by
Precision Ceramics.
The
Precision Ceramics Stand Number was 2653 and was part of the UK Group
organised by the Energy Industries Council.
Precision
Ceramics will return to OTC from 5th to 8th May 2008.

In
2006, CERAMITEC in Munich maintained its position as a meeting
point for the global ceramics industry and Precision Ceramics was
there in force, exhibiting as part of the UK Trade & Investment
contingent managed by Staffordshire Chambers.
More than
22,000 visitors on four exhibition days instead of five with over
50% of visitors from abroad.
Despite
the concentration of events in the sector this year, CERAMITEC 2006
again demonstrated its position as the leading international trade
fair for Machinery, Equipment, Plant, Processes and Raw Materials
for CERAMICS and POWDER METALLURGY. The event attracted more then
22,000 trade visitors from 106 countries – almost as many visitors
as at CERAMITEC 2003 - although the latest CERAMITEC had been
shortened by one day. More than 50 per cent of these trade visitors
came from abroad.
“No
other fair is as international as CERAMITEC. No other event has such
a balanced structure in its range. On four days of exhibition,
CERAMITEC brought the global ceramics industry together in one
place”, commented Eugen Egetenmeir, a member of the Managing Board
of Messe Munich.
Steve
Swallow, Managing Director of Precision Ceramics, added "As a
company, we made a major commitment to Ceramitec this year. Our
stand was well positioned and designed and attracted a record number
of visitors. We are confident that many of the enquiries we took in
Munich will turn into firm orders for technical ceramics and look
forward to returning to Munich for Ceramitec 2009". |
